Strategy grounded in evidence, people and principled leadership.

Our perspective

People, planet and principled leadership.

At Rhodope Global, we believe sustainable business success starts with people, planet, and principled leadership.

As a specialized ESG consultancy, we help organizations across the GCC, Asia, Africa, and Europe embed environmental stewardship, social equity, and strong governance into the core of their strategy — turning compliance into a genuine competitive advantage.

Environmental — We support organizations in navigating climate risk, carbon accounting, and regulatory frameworks such as CSRD/ESRS, CBAM, and net-zero transition planning, helping them build resilient, future-ready operations.

Social — Our deepest expertise lies here. We specialize in human capital development, gender equity, and workforce governance — helping organizations move beyond box-ticking to build cultures where people genuinely thrive, and where the S-Pillar becomes a leadership strategy, not an afterthought.

Governance — We help boards and leadership teams strengthen oversight, transparency, and accountability structures — from ESG reporting integrity (GRI, IFRS S1/S2, ISSB) to sustainable finance governance (PCAF, EBA Pillar 3) — ensuring strategy is matched by credible execution.

Across all three pillars, our work is grounded in practical, sector-specific expertise — from banking and financial services to oil & gas — and delivered through training, advisory, and hands-on implementation support tailored to each market we serve.

Our Expertise

Our Expertise

Rhodope Global’s advisory work is grounded in over 20 years of hands-on experience across finance, EU institutional programming, executive coaching, and ESG practice. Our team brings together engineers, economists, and finance professionals — a combination that allows us to move fluently between technical ESG data systems, regulatory frameworks, and the financial logic that ultimately drives client decision-making.

Our lead ESG Consultant brings 10+ years of experience working with EU institutions, including the European Commission and the European Economic and Social Committee, having managed over 100 EU-funded projects and trained more than 250 participants as an EU Programmes Expert. This institutional depth is paired with a Finance Director background, giving Rhodope Global a rare combination of regulatory fluency and commercial pragmatism.

On the ESG side, our expertise spans the full spectrum of sustainability and sustainable finance frameworks — including CSRD/ESRS, IFRS S1/S2, GRI, ISSB, PCAF, and EBA Pillar 3 — with particular depth in banking sector climate risk integration (ICAAP, IFRS 9), carbon accounting, and CBAM compliance. Our specialization in the Social Pillar — human capital, gender equity, and workforce governance — is further supported by a facilitator role with the UN Global Compact Network Indian Ocean Peer Learning Group on Sustainable Finance.

This technical expertise is complemented by a strong human-development practice: our team holds ICF PCC (Professional Certified Coach) accreditation, NLP Master Practitioner certification (Society of NLP), and Erickson Certified Coach Level 2 — reflecting a genuine commitment to the human dimension behind every ESG framework we implement.

Beyond advisory work, our team supports professional women through career and life transitions via an executive coaching practice.

Who We Serve

Who We Serve

We work with corporate leaders, HR and compliance teams, and boards who recognize that long-term resilience depends on how organizations treat their people — not just their carbon footprint. Through our ESG Academy, advisory services, and tailored audits, we translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, measurable action.

Industries We Serve
Our advisory and reporting frameworks are built around the IFRS S1/S2 (ISSB) sector classification, covering all major industry groups: Consumer Goods, Extractives & Minerals Processing, Financials, Food & Beverage, Health Care, Infrastructure, Renewable Resources & Alternative Energy, Resource Transformation, Services, Technology & Communications, and Transportation — allowing us to tailor materiality and disclosure guidance to the specific regulatory expectations of each sector.

Our Mission

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: make every ESG pillar — Environmental, Social, and Governance — equally rigorous, data-driven, and board-ready.

For too long, ESG reporting has treated its three pillars unevenly. Environmental metrics get audited emissions data and defined net-zero pathways. Governance gets structured oversight frameworks and clear accountability lines. Too often, the third pillar is reduced to a narrative — a page of commitments and photographs, without the same measurable rigor. We believe that imbalance is no longer acceptable, and it is not sustainable ESG practice. Investors, regulators, and employees increasingly expect the same standard of evidence across all three — consistent data, defined KPIs, and reporting that can withstand genuine scrutiny.

That means giving boards a single, coherent view of performance — where climate risk, workforce data, and governance controls are held to the same standard, measured with the same discipline, and reported with the same credibility. It means moving away from ESG as a collection of disconnected initiatives, and toward ESG as one integrated system of measurement and accountability.

We believe this integration is where ESG credibility is heading next. Organizations that build this rigor across all three pillars — not just the ones easiest to quantify — will earn genuine trust from investors, regulators, and their own people. Those that don’t will find the weakest part of their ESG story increasingly exposed to scrutiny.

This is the standard Rhodope Global was built to help organizations reach — across Environmental, Social, and Governance alikе.
