Strategic partnerships

Our Partners

Rhodope Global partners with leading organisations across Africa, Europe and the Gulf, united by a shared mission — sustainable development, financial literacy and access to capital for organisations and entrepreneurs.

A joint initiative

Africa Capital Connect — a joint initiative with Leading Women of Africa (LWA)

Through Africa Capital Connect, we connect African organisations, NGOs and SMEs with grant and project financing opportunities from European and global programmes. As part of this partnership, we develop business plans, financing strategies and project documentation aligned with the requirements of international donors and financial institutions.

The partnership in practice

From readiness to opportunity.

Who we support

Our pipeline spans a diverse range of sectors and organisation types, including healthcare and social services, education and skills development, renewable energy and clean technology, agriculture and agribusiness, financial inclusion, and community-based development initiatives. We work with organisations at different stages of growth — from early-stage NGOs seeking their first institutional funding, to established SMEs preparing for scale-up financing or cross-border partnership agreements.

How we engage

Our engagement typically includes: mapping suitable grant and financing programmes from a curated database of over 130 pan-African, sector-specific, and country-level funding opportunities; preparing donor-ready business plans and project proposals; structuring financing strategies aligned with the specific requirements of institutions such as development finance institutions, impact investors, and multilateral programmes; and supporting formal partnership agreements between African organisations and international counterparts.

Regional focus

We have active engagements across multiple African markets, including South Africa, Ghana, and other Sub-Saharan African countries, with a growing focus on the banking, mining, and energy sectors — areas where ESG and climate-related financing requirements are becoming increasingly central to project bankability.

Shared purpose

Building a sustainable financing ecosystem.

Together, we are building a sustainable financing ecosystem that links African organisations to global resources and growth opportunities — combining Rhodope Global’s ESG and financial advisory expertise with Leading Women of Africa’s on-the-ground network and institutional relationships across the continent.
